"Ignorant Bible Thumping Redneck" of the week

Take the Brent Rinehart, who after winning the first "Ignorant Bible Thumping Redneck" of the week award, Lost his bid for reelection the other day.

Somewhere Sally Kern is crying that her equally ignorant freind wont be there to help her make assinine statements anymore. I still personally think the man is a closet homosexual (not that theres anything wrong with that) but he's just not "Man" enough to admit it and come out that closet.

so this weeks winner or i should say winner is... Republican Presidential Nominee John McCain

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/08/01/campaign.wrap/index.html

now i know that Senator McCain is iconic to some and this will piss some people off but i dont care. For a man who earned some respect from me by appearing on the Ellen Degeneres show and even congratulating her on her same sex marriage (he also said he didnt agree with it, but did so with class) and appearing on WWE Raw a few months back, has now lost all that respect with a few of his rediculous campaign ads. First he decided (his handelers more likely) to compare Obama to Paris Hilton and Brittney Spears, now he is attacking Obama stating that Obama is using the "race card" to his disposal. Umm note to Senator McCain that's one advantage of being a minority you can use it to your advantage in about 5% of the situations you are around in your life. The other 95% of the time being a minority in america is a hinderance and cause for speculation and ridicule. So if he is (Obama is not by the way) using the race card it's his right, and priveledge to do so. If he can be hated for being african american he should be able to be loved for it under the right circumstances, and this is one of them.

Also a report about Senator McCain's disdane for MMA fighting events have surfaced. I didnt know he was a main protester to the point where it was illegal in Arizona due to him. Now im not a big MMA (little bit) but i have to wonder how hypocrytical did it make him look to be on WWE Raw a few months back, after making the statements he made about MMA?

anyway, i pray he doesnt win the invite to live in the White House for 4 years. There's supposed to be a seperation of church and state, and i fear we wont receive that constitutional right for another four years with him as president.

here's a couple of McCain's greatest quotes:

"Thanks for the question, you little jerk." -- John McCain, after being asked by a high school student if he was too old to be president. For good measure, McCain then threatened to draft him. (Watch video clip)

I'm glad to have his endorsement. I condemn remarks that are, in any way, viewed as anti-anything. And thanks for asking." --after being asked by George Stephanopoulos about receiving the endorsement of Evangelical pastor Rev. John Hagee, who has made a number of controversial remarks, including calling Catholicism "The Great Whore" and blaming Hurricane Katrina on gays

"You know that old Beach Boys song, Bomb Iran? Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran." (Watch video clip)

"I would rather have a clean government than one where quote First Amendment rights are being respected, that has become corrupt. If I had my choice, I'd rather have the clean government."
